Antonia Basse is a qualified architect (M.Sc.) and recruitment consultant with over seven years of experience in the construction and planning industry.
As a Co-Founder of talentstrends, she brings something few recruiters can offer: real hands-on industry expertise.
She evaluates candidates not just based on their CV, but on whether they will truly perform in the reality of your projects.

Fabio Zwenger
Fabio Zwenger is a marketing expert and recruitment specialist with over 8 years of experience in marketing and communications.
He has developed campaigns for brands such as Barilla, the Bundesliga and the DFB, and has helped build personal brands for athletes and influencers. Through this work, he knows exactly how to reach people, build trust, and make companies visible.
Today, he applies this expertise in recruitment, overseeing both new client acquisition and the employer branding of the companies that trust talentstrends.
